TEAM CHECK-IN DETAILS
TEAM CHECK-IN PROCESS
1. CHECK-IN: Will be at your assigned field one hour prior to your first match.
2. PLAYER CARDS: Valid, laminated player cards with a photograph for the current season for each player. We also accept AYSO, Recreational and Signature credentials. If no birth year is on the Player ID Card, then a copy of a birth certificate or passport is required.
3. OFFICIAL TEAM ROSTER/MATCH REPORTS: We will print ALL MATCH REPORTS. The Official Team Roster will be on all match reports for each team. Make sure you add all of the players who will be participating throughout the tournament. If they are not added prior to printing, they will need to be written in by a team coach or manager at check-in. Prior to your first match, field marshals will verify the official team rosters against the player cards presented. Once checked in, no additional players can be added for the remainder of the tournament.
4. TEAM CREDENTIALS CHECKLIST: Tournament volunteers will have the coach/manager sign and complete our checklist to include a contact number for the team if needed throughout the tournament.
5. MATCH REPORTS/ GAME CARDS: The Game Card will be at the venue tent, field marshal’s will provide game cards to referees prior to each match and collect them after each match. Each team will be responsible to make sure the score is correct and must sign the Game Card after each match. The Game Card stays with the Field Marshal.
6. DETAILS: No check-in after the first game. Only safety check by referees. Players without a valid player pass at the start of any game will not be allowed to participate.

CANOPIES & BENCHES
Teams will need to provide their own team canopy and bench.
ROSTER
Roster freeze is before the first scheduled game on Saturday, December 9th. Once the team is checked in at their first venue, they will not be able to add any additional players for the remainder of the tournament.
ADDING TEAM ROSTER

- From your Manager dashboard, click on Tournament Name under “My Tournaments”
- Find your team, then click “Actions”, then “Manage Roster”
- From there, you have three options –
“Add Player” to add players manually,
“Import CSV” if you have your roster in .csv format (Instructions on proper headings are on that page), or
“Import Roster” if you have previously played in one of our tournaments and would like to duplicate that roster.
