Application Information

• Applications will be strictly confidential
• Executive Board Committee will review all applications before each League Season
• Financial Assistance is available for Club Fees and does not include Team Fees, extra tournaments not covered by the club or traveling expenses.
• Applications will be reviewed and accepted annually
• All updates or changes to a candidate’s status should be reflected in a new application
• Financial assistance is not granted for 100% of club fees.
• Application must be filled out in full to be considered

Criteria for applying

• Must be a member in financial good standing of OC Surf North
• Once  player is invited to a team, parent must register and make the registration payment
• Must be financially in need of assistance

Application Requirements

• OC Surf North Financial Assistance Application (filled out completely).
• If you receive financial assistance as part of your commitment, you will be required to:
• participate in all club fundraisers. Funds raised will go back to your club fees.
• Financial Assistant recipient will be required to provide 30 hours of volunteer time to the club.
